2 Limes

1 Avocado

Chop the surimi, cucumber, avocado and cream cheese into cubes

  1. Mix everything in a container
  2. Squeeze the 2 limes.
  3. Mix with 3 tablespoons piquin sauce
  4. Serve and enjoy with crackers.

  1. Chop the shrimp, mango and onion
  2. Stew the shrimp with the onion
  3. Pour the stew mixture in a container
  4. Squeeze the 3 limes into the mixture.
  5. Mix 3 tablespoons of habanero sauce
  6. Serve and enjoy with crackers.

 Ingredients:

1 Jar of Terrafinamex´s Pickled Cactus

1 lb of mushrooms

1 bunch of cilantro

2 Serrano Cilli Peppers

1/2 finely chopped onion

Preparation:

  1. Cook the onion until carammelize add the mushrooms and cook the mixture for a few more minutes
  2. Add the cilantro leaves
  3. cut the serrano cilli pepper in slices
  4. Warm up tortillas
    1. Serve in the following order, Tortilla --> Cactus --> Micture
    2. Repeat until the disred amount of tacos is achieved

Ingredients

0.5lb Creme Cheese

0.15lb of Terrafinamex´s Pickled Habanero

Salt and Pepper to taste

 Preparation

  1. Place the creme cheese in the blender
  2. Add the 0.15lb of Terrafinamex´s Pickled Habanero. *Do not drain the entire liquid
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Blend until the ingredients are mixed
  5. Serve and enjoy with patato chips or crackers

4 Limes

3 Table spoons of Piquín Pepper Terrafinamex

Mexican mortar

Preparation

  2. Squeeze 4 Limes
  3. Grind the piquin peppers with the lime juice in the Mexican mortar
  4. Grill the steak
  5. Serve the steak and top with the piquin sauce

Ingredients:

300 gr of Beef Fillet

1 Red bell pepper

200 gr of Manchego cheese (sliced)

Wooden skewers

Preparation:

  1. Cut the beef fillet into medium cubes
  2. Cut the red bell pepper into squares
  3. Slices of Manchego type cheese make strips and roll

  5. Add the shrimo and fry it with the bacon-onion mixture for 1 minute

  8. Fill the chilli with the shrimp and bacon stew
